Talking Therapy

I am a compassionate, caring and considerate counsellor, with a wealth of training and life experience. Taking the brave step of talking, along with the additional listening and non -judgmental ear, can make significant improvements to your life, mindset and overall wellbeing.

As a therapist, I will meet you where you are at ; addressing what has brought you to invest in the process of counselling.

The sessions

My service is bespoke. I tailor the sessions to meet your needs using trained theories to apply in my approach. The most important aspect of the session, is the therapeutic relationship we build. Knowing you are not alone, heard and supported is fundamental in my application.

I offer sessions face to face at the Bright Building on Manchester Science Park each Tuesday, beginning on the 12th September. I also work online, using the platform of google meet. The first initial meeting is 30 minutes and is complementary to ensure that I can best meet your personal requirements.
